Upload your sharp, well-lit original photo and cropping instructions. The workshop prepares the result and sends you a proof.
The suggested limits help keep the design legible. The workshop checks the usable area and layout before the proof.
Two options: create your design in the editor, or provide a finished file in the specified format. After ordering, your private workspace sends the brief to the workshop.
JPG, PNG or WebP for images; SVG with outlined text for engraving artwork. Photos are not automatically converted into engravings or 3D reliefs.
A small round puzzle, a big photo. Your dog, your children, a holiday memory: the photo is laser-engraved on a 3 mm lime-wood disc, 10 cm in diameter, then cut into 25 pieces: a central disc, a ring of 8 pieces and a ring of 16 pieces.
The puzzle fits in the palm of your hand. The subject of the photo sits in the centre: it is rebuilt first, then the rings follow.
You send your photo after ordering, through your private link; we prepare the engraving and you approve the proof before production. Engraved and cut in Agde.

Frequently asked questions
Which photo should I choose?
A sharp, well-lit photo with the face or subject in the centre: the puzzle is round, so the corners of the photo disappear. Avoid screenshots and photos compressed by messaging apps.
How many pieces?
25: a central disc, a ring of 8 pieces and a ring of 16 pieces.
Is the puzzle suitable for young children?
Small parts are a choking hazard: keep out of reach of children under 3. Children must be supervised by an adult.
How does customisation work?
After ordering, use your private link to enter your text, choose a template and font or upload your files. The workshop receives your project and prepares the proof for you to approve before production.
What are the lead times and payment terms?
Secure online payment (Bank card, Apple Pay, Link, Amazon Pay, Bancontact, and more) or bank transfer on a proforma invoice. Made after proof approval and receipt of payment, then delivered by tracked letter or tracked parcel.
Can I return a personalised object?
Objects engraved or printed with your name, texts or photos are made for you: they cannot be taken back (article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code). That is why you approve a preview before production. An object damaged in transit or not matching the proof is remade free of charge.
