Terms of sale

Version of 20 September 2026 — 845.fr. This translation is provided for convenience; the French version (Conditions générales de vente) prevails.

1. Seller

Philippe Debref, [statut juridique et numéro SIREN/SIRET à compléter], [adresse postale à compléter], 34300 Agde, France — contact: bonjour@845.fr (“the seller” or “845.fr”).

2. Scope

These terms govern every order of physical products shown in the 845.fr shop (NFC/QR cards, stickers, stands and plates, personalised or not) placed by a consumer or a business. Sending an order request implies their acceptance.

3. Products and personalisation

Products are described as accurately as possible; pictures and illustrations are not contractual. Most products are personalised (NFC programming with your data, printing of your texts, logos and QR codes). The customer provides accurate information (WiFi network name, password, links, texts, files) and warrants holding the rights on the material supplied. The seller programs and prints this material as supplied; a proof may be emailed for custom designs.

4. Prices

Prices are shown in euros including VAT. During the launch phase, displayed prices are indicative; the final price is confirmed by email before any manufacturing and nothing is due before that confirmation. Shipping costs are shown before the request is sent (France: 4,90 €, free from 60,00 €; other destinations on quotation).

5. Ordering process — no online payment

The shop takes no online payment. The customer sends an order request (cart, contact details, specifications). The seller answers by email within 2 business days to confirm availability, final price, lead time and payment method (bank transfer or secure payment link). The contract is formed when payment is received; manufacturing then starts. Without an answer from the customer within 15 days, the request is cancelled.

6. Delivery

Manufacturing and dispatch within 5 business days after payment (indicative; custom designs subject to a proof leave after approval). Tracked letter or parcel to the address given by the customer. If delivery is more than 30 days late compared with the announced date, the customer may cancel and be refunded. Risk passes to a consumer customer upon physical handover of the goods.

7. Right of withdrawal

A consumer has 14 days from receipt to withdraw without giving a reason, by writing to bonjour@845.fr; the product is returned at the customer's expense within 14 days, complete and in perfect condition, and the refund is made within 14 days after the return is received. Legal exception (article L221-28 3° of the French Consumer Code): goods made to the customer's specifications or clearly personalised (cards programmed with your data, prints with your name, logo or texts) are excluded from the right of withdrawal. The customer is informed of this before sending the request.

8. Warranties

Products are covered by the French legal warranty of conformity (articles L217-3 et seq. of the Consumer Code, 2 years from delivery) and the warranty against hidden defects (articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code). An NFC chip that does not respond, or programming that does not match the data supplied, is replaced free of charge. The warranty does not cover a WiFi password or link changed by the customer after manufacturing (a locked chip cannot be reprogrammed: choose the “reprogrammable” option or use a 845.fr short link as the target).

9. Liability

The seller is not liable for the use made of the products, the content of links programmed at the customer's request, NFC compatibility of older devices, or interruptions of third-party services (Google, social networks, carriers). The seller's liability is limited to the amount of the order.

10. Personal data

Request data (identity, contact details, address, order content) is used to process and deliver the order, then kept for the legal retention periods (accounting: 10 years). See the privacy policy.

11. Disputes and mediation

These terms are governed by French law. In case of dispute, the customer first contacts bonjour@845.fr. Under articles L611-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, a consumer may use a consumer mediator free of charge: [consumer mediator to be appointed by the publisher — details to be completed]. European online dispute resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
