Provide one guest name per card, in the desired order, plus the event title and album link. Each card carries a different name and comes with its gold stand.

The suggested limits help keep the design legible. The workshop checks the usable area and layout before the proof.
Two options: create your design in the editor, or provide a finished file in the specified format. After ordering, your private workspace sends the brief to the workshop.
JPG, PNG or WebP for images; SVG with outlined text for engraving artwork. Photos are not automatically converted into engravings or 3D reliefs.
One seat. All the memories. A blue or black metal card, credit-card sized (85 × 55 mm), one face laser-engraved: "Gisèle & Michel's wedding", the guest's name in large letters, "Our memories in photos" and a QR code. Each guest finds their seat and keeps their card; by scanning, they land on your party's photo album and drop their photos.
€1.80 per card, gold triangular stand included, every name different (men, women and children). The photo album of your party costs €29.90 per year; it is free for the first year from 60 cards in the same order and is then added to your basket automatically (see "Photo album of your party"). You can also give us the link of your own album.
You send us the guest list, you approve the preview. Engraved in Agde, ready in 24 h. For a wedding, order three weeks ahead so you can still correct the list.

Frequently asked questions
How does the photo album work?
The QR code opens a shared album: guests scan, give their first name and add their photos in batches. You can create a free album yourself from your 845.fr account, or entrust us with its creation: €29.90 per year (500 photos), first year free from 60 cards.
Is the gold stand included?
Yes: each card comes with its gold triangular stand, for €1.80 in total.
Do guests need an app?
No. The phone camera reads the QR code, the album page opens in the browser and the "Add my photos" button does the rest.
How do I send the list of names?
In the order notes or by e-mail, one name per line with the exact spelling. We copy the list onto the proof.
What if a guest is added at the last minute?
Order a few extra cards to be safe: cards without a name (or "Guest") are engraved with the same QR code.
How does customisation work?
After ordering, use your private link to enter your text, choose a template and font or upload your files. The workshop receives your project and prepares the proof for you to approve before production.
Can I change the link later?
Yes. The support points to an 845.fr address that you edit from your account: new page, new menu, new link. The printed or engraved product stays valid, you buy nothing again.
What are the lead times and payment terms?

Can I return a personalised object?
Objects engraved or printed with your name, texts or photos are made for you: they cannot be taken back (article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code). That is why you approve a preview before production. An object damaged in transit or not matching the proof is remade free of charge.
