Frequently asked questions
Are the boxes delivered filled?
No, they are delivered empty: you fill them with sugared almonds, chocolates, sweets (in a food-safe bag) or a little note.
Can each box have a different first name?
Yes: set the quantity and list the first names in the order notes, each box is printed individually.
Is the print in contact with food?
No, it is on the outside of the box. Still provide a food-safe bag for sweets.
How does customisation work?
After ordering, use your private link to enter your text, choose a template and font or upload your files. The workshop receives your project and prepares the proof for you to approve before production.
What are the lead times and payment terms?

Can I return a personalised object?
Objects engraved or printed with your name, texts or photos are made for you: they cannot be taken back (article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code). That is why you approve a preview before production. An object damaged in transit or not matching the proof is remade free of charge.
