The suggested limits help keep the design legible. The workshop checks the usable area and layout before the proof.
Two options: create your design in the editor, or provide a finished file in the specified format. After ordering, your private workspace sends the brief to the workshop.
JPG, PNG or WebP for images; SVG with outlined text for engraving artwork. Photos are not automatically converted into engravings or 3D reliefs.
A small envelope pendant, about 20 × 14 mm, delivered with its chain: open it, pull out the letter and find your words. The removable letter of about 17 × 11 mm is laser-engraved on one face with your short message: a first name, "I love you", a date, three words that matter.
Three finishes: gold, silver or rose gold. One engraved face is included. You give the message in the order notes; we prepare the engraving and send you the preview before engraving.
Engraved in Agde, ready in 24 h after approval; shipped as a tracked letter.

Frequently asked questions
How long can the message be?
The letter measures about 17 × 11 mm: a first name, a date or two or three short words. We show you the preview before engraving.
Does the letter come out of the envelope?
Yes: the letter is removable, it slides into the envelope and comes out to read the message again.
How does customisation work?
After ordering, use your private link to enter your text, choose a template and font or upload your files. The workshop receives your project and prepares the proof for you to approve before production.
What are the lead times and payment terms?
Secure online payment (Bank card, Apple Pay, Link, Amazon Pay, Bancontact, and more) or bank transfer on a proforma invoice. Ready in 24 h after proof approval and receipt of payment, then delivery by tracked letter or tracked parcel.
Can I return a personalised object?
Objects engraved or printed with your name, texts or photos are made for you: they cannot be taken back (article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code). That is why you approve a preview before production. An object damaged in transit or not matching the proof is remade free of charge.
