Frequently asked questions
How many lines can be engraved?
The tag is 50 × 28 mm: a short motto on two or three lines, a first name and a date, or a motif. We show you the preview before engraving.
Is the engraving on one face only?
Yes: the price includes one engraved face.
How does customisation work?
After ordering, use your private link to enter your text, choose a template and font or upload your files. The workshop receives your project and prepares the proof for you to approve before production.
What are the lead times and payment terms?
Secure online payment (Bank card, Apple Pay, Link, Amazon Pay, Bancontact, and more) or bank transfer on a proforma invoice. Ready in 24 h after proof approval and receipt of payment, then delivery by tracked letter or tracked parcel.
Can I return a personalised object?
Objects engraved or printed with your name, texts or photos are made for you: they cannot be taken back (article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code). That is why you approve a preview before production. An object damaged in transit or not matching the proof is remade free of charge.
