Frequently asked questions
Is the mug dishwasher-safe?
No: hand wash only, with a soft sponge. That is what keeps the printed decoration intact.
Can I put a photo on the mug?
Yes, instead of or in addition to the decoration: send us the photo after ordering, we place it on the preview.
Can I write something on the back?
Yes: a short sentence, a date, an "I love you". Choose the "Text on the back" option and write the text in the order notes.
I am ordering 6 mugs with 6 different first names, how?
Add 6 mugs to the cart and list the first names in the order notes. Each mug is printed individually.
How does customisation work?
After ordering, use your private link to enter your text, choose a template and font or upload your files. The workshop receives your project and prepares the proof for you to approve before production.

Can I return a personalised object?
Objects engraved or printed with your name, texts or photos are made for you: they cannot be taken back (article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code). That is why you approve a preview before production. An object damaged in transit or not matching the proof is remade free of charge.
