Frequently asked questions
Can I write another sentence?
Yes, the text is free: "Grandma's breakfast", "Drinks at the Martins'", a house or guesthouse name. Two lines at most to stay legible.
Does the tray cope with liquids?
Yes for normal use (spilled cup, wet glasses): just wipe it with a damp cloth. No soaking and no dishwasher.
Can you engrave a logo?
Yes, for a guesthouse, a B&B or a restaurant: see also the serving tray with QR code in the Shops & restaurants category.
How does customisation work?
After ordering, use your private link to enter your text, choose a template and font or upload your files. The workshop receives your project and prepares the proof for you to approve before production.

Can I return a personalised object?
Objects engraved or printed with your name, texts or photos are made for you: they cannot be taken back (article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code). That is why you approve a preview before production. An object damaged in transit or not matching the proof is remade free of charge.
