What is the difference with the "Illuminated photo"?
The illuminated photo (€34.90) is a 10 × 15 cm plaque printed on the surface; here the plaque is 15 × 16.3 cm and the photo is printed on the back, seen through the acrylic, on a 15 cm LED base.
Which photo should I send?
A sharp, well-lit photo, in the largest file you have. We tell you before printing if the resolution is not sufficient.
How does customisation work?
After ordering, use your private link to enter your text, choose a template and font or upload your files. The workshop receives your project and prepares the proof for you to approve before production.
What are the lead times and payment terms?

Can I return a personalised object?
Objects engraved or printed with your name, texts or photos are made for you: they cannot be taken back (article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code). That is why you approve a preview before production. An object damaged in transit or not matching the proof is remade free of charge.
