Frequently asked questions
Which photo should I send?
The sharpest you have, taken face-on and well lit. A file from a recent phone is enough; avoid screenshots and tiny crops. We tell you before engraving if the photo is not suitable.
Can I add text?
Yes: a first name, a date, a short sentence. Write it in the order notes; it appears on the proof.
Shipping to France: €4.90 (parcel €7.90), free from €60.00. Other countries: on quotation. Preparation in 24 to 72 h depending on the product (lead time shown on each page), after proof approval and receipt of payment. Free collection at the Agde workshop available.
