Send a sharp, well-lit portrait. Internal volume engraving is prepared by the workshop; the text layout is a preview, not the final 3D engraving file.
First name or short name: 16 characters maximum
The suggested limits help keep the design legible. The workshop checks the usable area and layout before the proof.
Two options: create your design in the editor, or provide a finished file in the specified format. After ordering, your private workspace sends the brief to the workshop.
JPG, PNG or WebP for images; SVG with outlined text for engraving artwork. Photos are not automatically converted into engravings or 3D reliefs.
A first smile, engraved at the heart of the crystal: the portrait is engraved inside the block, point by point, in relief. Seen from the front, the side or below, the face reveals itself through the transparency and takes on its full relief in the light. A first name is engraved beneath it. On its wooden LED base, the block lights up and the portrait stands out in luminous white.
Choose a sharp, well-lit, face-on photo; the background is removed to highlight the portrait. You receive a preview before engraving and we only start production after your approval.

Frequently asked questions
How is the portrait engraved inside the crystal?
The laser is focused inside the block and creates tiny points without touching the surface. Together the points form the portrait in relief; the crystal stays smooth outside.
Which photo suits a 3D portrait?
A sharp face, front view, well lit, without sunglasses or a hat hiding the features. We remove the background and tell you before engraving if the photo is not suitable.
Can you engrave two people or a pet?
Yes: a couple, a parent and child, a dog or a cat. The relief reads best with at most two faces.
Is the lit base included?
Yes, the wooden LED base is included in the price: it is what makes the engraving stand out. Without light, the portrait remains visible but more discreet.
How does customisation work?
After ordering, use your private link to enter your text, choose a template and font or upload your files. The workshop receives your project and prepares the proof for you to approve before production.
What are the lead times and payment terms?

Can I return a personalised object?
Objects engraved or printed with your name, texts or photos are made for you: they cannot be taken back (article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code). That is why you approve a preview before production. An object damaged in transit or not matching the proof is remade free of charge.
