Frequently asked questions
Which photo should I send?
A sharp, well-lit photo with faces seen from the front or three-quarters. Fine details such as hair and eyes come out better from an original photo than from a screenshot or a photo sent by messaging app.
Can I see the drawing before engraving?
Yes: we e-mail you the proof. Engraving starts only after your approval.
How does customisation work?
After ordering, use your private link to enter your text, choose a template and font or upload your files. The workshop receives your project and prepares the proof for you to approve before production.
What are the lead times and payment terms?

Can I return a personalised object?
Objects engraved or printed with your name, texts or photos are made for you: they cannot be taken back (article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code). That is why you approve a preview before production. An object damaged in transit or not matching the proof is remade free of charge.
