Frequently asked questions
Which photo for leather engraving?
A sharp, face-on, well-lit portrait; for a pet, the head front or three-quarter view. Light leather gives the best contrast for a photo.
Can I choose the colour?
State your preferred colour in the option: we confirm it according to stock before engraving and suggest the closest one if it is not available.
Does leather engraving last?
Yes: the laser marks the leather deeply. It darkens slightly with use, like any leather, without the engraving fading.
How does customisation work?
After ordering, use your private link to enter your text, choose a template and font or upload your files. The workshop receives your project and prepares the proof for you to approve before production.
What are the lead times and payment terms?

Can I return a personalised object?
Objects engraved or printed with your name, texts or photos are made for you: they cannot be taken back (article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code). That is why you approve a preview before production. An object damaged in transit or not matching the proof is remade free of charge.
