Unscaled layout — dimensions to be confirmed
Choose a photo, a small motif or a first name alone. Enter the name, or upload/describe the motif; no photo is needed for these two choices. The workshop prepares the internal crystal engraving and sends you a proof. The usable area depends on the support and is confirmed by the workshop before production.
First name or short name: 12 characters maximum
The suggested limits help keep the design legible. The workshop checks the usable area and layout before the proof.
Two options: create your design in the editor, or provide a finished file in the specified format. After ordering, your private workspace sends the brief to the workshop.
JPG, PNG or WebP for images; SVG with outlined text for engraving artwork. Photos are not automatically converted into engravings or 3D reliefs.
A rectangular K5 crystal keyring with its multicolour LED light and its ring. Your photo (a face, a pet, a memory) or a motif is engraved inside the crystal, with a first name if you wish. A small light is enough to bring the memory back.
Send a sharp, face-on, well-lit photo: we prepare the engraving and send you the preview before making it.
Engraved in Agde, ready in 48 h after approval.

Frequently asked questions
Which photo should I send?
A sharp, face-on, well-lit photo; portraits of people and pets engrave very well. We tell you before engraving if the photo is not suitable.
Can you engrave a motif instead of a photo?
Yes: a motif (a bird, a heart, a symbol) or a first name alone engrave as well as a photo.
How does customisation work?
After ordering, use your private link to enter your text, choose a template and font or upload your files. The workshop receives your project and prepares the proof for you to approve before production.
What are the lead times and payment terms?
Secure online payment (Bank card, Apple Pay, Link, Amazon Pay, Bancontact, and more) or bank transfer on a proforma invoice. Ready in 48 h after proof approval and receipt of payment, then delivery by tracked letter or tracked parcel.
Can I return a personalised object?
Objects engraved or printed with your name, texts or photos are made for you: they cannot be taken back (article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code). That is why you approve a preview before production. An object damaged in transit or not matching the proof is remade free of charge.
