Choose a photo, a small motif or a first name alone. Enter the name, or upload/describe the motif; no photo is needed for these two choices. The workshop prepares the internal crystal engraving and sends you a proof.
First name or short name: 10 characters maximum
The suggested limits help keep the design legible. The workshop checks the usable area and layout before the proof.
Two options: create your design in the editor, or provide a finished file in the specified format. After ordering, your private workspace sends the brief to the workshop.
JPG, PNG or WebP for images; SVG with outlined text for engraving artwork. Photos are not automatically converted into engravings or 3D reliefs.
A 3 × 3 cm K5 crystal heart, mounted as a keyring (total length about 12 cm, ring included), with a multicolour LED light. Your photo, a first name or a small motif is engraved inside the crystal: your favourite duo, your child, your dog, in a glowing heart to take everywhere.

Which photo should I send?
A sharp, face-on, well-lit photo; a couple, a child or a pet engrave very well in the 3 cm heart. We tell you before engraving if the photo is not suitable.
What is the difference with the rectangle model?
The shape: a 3 × 3 cm heart here, a rectangle for "Your photo in light". Same K5 crystal, same multicolour LED, same price.
How does customisation work?
After ordering, use your private link to enter your text, choose a template and font or upload your files. The workshop receives your project and prepares the proof for you to approve before production.
What are the lead times and payment terms?

Can I return a personalised object?
Objects engraved or printed with your name, texts or photos are made for you: they cannot be taken back (article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code). That is why you approve a preview before production. An object damaged in transit or not matching the proof is remade free of charge.
