Does the steel scratch?
It gains a slight patina from contact with keys, like any metal, but the engraving stays sharp.
Can you engrave a phone number?
Yes, instead of or in addition to the first name, to recover a lost key ring.
How much text fits?
A first name and a short sentence on the rectangle, a first name on the heart and the round. We size the lettering and show you the preview.
How does customisation work?
After ordering, use your private link to enter your text, choose a template and font or upload your files. The workshop receives your project and prepares the proof for you to approve before production.
What are the lead times and payment terms?

Can I return a personalised object?
Objects engraved or printed with your name, texts or photos are made for you: they cannot be taken back (article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code). That is why you approve a preview before production. An object damaged in transit or not matching the proof is remade free of charge.
