Is the lighter delivered ready to use?
It is shipped without fuel, because flammable liquids cannot be posted. Fill it with standard lighter fluid and it is ready.
Can you engrave a photo?
Yes, in tones on the metal: a portrait, a pet, a drawing. The result is shown on the preview before engraving.
How much text fits?
A first name or two words in large letters, or a two- or three-line dedication in smaller ones. You approve the layout on the preview.
How does customisation work?
After ordering, use your private link to enter your text, choose a template and font or upload your files. The workshop receives your project and prepares the proof for you to approve before production.
What are the lead times and payment terms?

Can I return a personalised object?
Objects engraved or printed with your name, texts or photos are made for you: they cannot be taken back (article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code). That is why you approve a preview before production. An object damaged in transit or not matching the proof is remade free of charge.
