Can each piece have a different text?
Yes. Set the quantity and list the texts and colours in the order notes.
Does the colour wear off?
The anodising is in the metal, not a paint: it withstands keys and bottle caps. The engraved text stays light.
Can you engrave a logo?
Yes, a simple logo (line art, no gradients) engraves very well on aluminium. Send it after ordering.
How does customisation work?
After ordering, use your private link to enter your text, choose a template and font or upload your files. The workshop receives your project and prepares the proof for you to approve before production.
What are the lead times and payment terms?

Can I return a personalised object?
Objects engraved or printed with your name, texts or photos are made for you: they cannot be taken back (article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code). That is why you approve a preview before production. An object damaged in transit or not matching the proof is remade free of charge.
