Frequently asked questions
Which version should I choose?
Illuminated acrylic catches the eye on a counter or a table and plugs into a USB charger; engraved wood, with no LED, goes anywhere without a cable. Both have the NFC chip and the QR code.
Is an app needed to leave the review?
No. The QR code is scanned with the phone camera; the NFC chip works by holding a compatible phone close. The review page of your Google profile opens directly.
Can the link be changed after production?
Yes: the chip and the QR code point to an 845.fr link that you redirect from your account, without touching the stand.
Does the illuminated version have to stay plugged in?
It works lit or unlit: the print stays legible without light. The base plugs into any USB charger.
Can you answer our Google reviews?

How does customisation work?
After ordering, use your private link to enter your text, choose a template and font or upload your files. The workshop receives your project and prepares the proof for you to approve before production.
Can I change the link later?
Yes. The support points to an 845.fr address that you edit from your account: new page, new menu, new link. The printed or engraved product stays valid, you buy nothing again.

Can I return a personalised object?
Objects engraved or printed with your name, texts or photos are made for you: they cannot be taken back (article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code). That is why you approve a preview before production. An object damaged in transit or not matching the proof is remade free of charge.
