A rectangular wooden tray of 17.5 × 37.5 cm, laser-engraved: your logo and the venue name in the centre, "A good moment to share" or your tagline, and in one corner the "Your review matters" QR code (or "Our menu", "Follow us"). It serves the coffee, brings the bill, carries breakfast to the room: your identity replaces the model's.
The QR code points to an 845.fr link: the review page of your Google listing, your menu, your Instagram. You change the destination from your account without touching the tray. Care with a damp cloth, no soaking.

Frequently asked questions
Does a QR code engraved on wood scan well?
Yes: dark engraving on light wood, strong error correction, tested before shipping. It stays readable even with a cup next to it.
Is the tray dishwasher-safe?
No: wood, wipe with a damp cloth, no soaking. That is what keeps it beautiful for years.
Can it carry two QR codes?
Yes, one in each corner: Google reviews and menu, for example. Choose the corresponding option.
How does customisation work?
After ordering, use your private link to enter your text, choose a template and font or upload your files. The workshop receives your project and prepares the proof for you to approve before production.
Can I change the link later?
Yes. The support points to an 845.fr address that you edit from your account: new page, new menu, new link. The printed or engraved product stays valid, you buy nothing again.

Can I return a personalised object?
Objects engraved or printed with your name, texts or photos are made for you: they cannot be taken back (article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code). That is why you approve a preview before production. An object damaged in transit or not matching the proof is remade free of charge.
