The suggested limits help keep the design legible. The workshop checks the usable area and layout before the proof.
Two options: create your design in the editor, or provide a finished file in the specified format. After ordering, your private workspace sends the brief to the workshop.
JPG, PNG or WebP for images; SVG with outlined text for engraving artwork. Photos are not automatically converted into engravings or 3D reliefs.
Menu, Wi-Fi or reviews: give the right access without repeating the address to every customer. A wooden plaque of 10 × 15 cm on its stand, laser-engraved: "Welcome" with the WiFi symbol and the QR code that connects the customer to your network; or "Your review matters" with the five stars and the QR code that opens the review form of your Google listing directly; or "Our menu" with the QR code of your menu. Frequently asked questions
What if I change my WiFi password?
The WiFi QR code contains the engraved password: the plaque has to be re-engraved. To avoid that, choose a QR code pointing to an editable 845.fr WiFi page, to be specified when ordering.
Does the review QR code open the form directly?
Yes. We fetch your Google listing ID and program the direct link to "Write a review": the customer lands on the stars.
Can I have several accesses?
One access per plaque: order one plaque per topic (WiFi, reviews, menu). To gather everything on one object, see the table cube or the illuminated plaque.
How does customisation work?
After ordering, use your private link to enter your text, choose a template and font or upload your files. The workshop receives your project and prepares the proof for you to approve before production.
Can I change the link later?
Yes. The support points to an 845.fr address that you edit from your account: new page, new menu, new link. The printed or engraved product stays valid, you buy nothing again.
What are the lead times and payment terms?

Can I return a personalised object?
Objects engraved or printed with your name, texts or photos are made for you: they cannot be taken back (article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code). That is why you approve a preview before production. An object damaged in transit or not matching the proof is remade free of charge.
