How it works

  1. You type in your menuSections, dishes, descriptions, prices, labels. Nothing to format: alignment, spacing and price formatting are automatic.
  2. 845.fr publishes the menuYour menu gets a permanent address such as 845.fr/carte/your-restaurant and a QR code that points to it forever.
  3. You put the QR code on the tablesOn a table cube, a plaque on a stand, an illuminated plaque or a tray engraved in your colours. And you print the PDF if you want to keep paper.

Frequently asked questions

What does it cost?

Nothing. Creating the menu, hosting it and the PDF are free for now. If that ever changes, you will be told by email first.

Do my customers need an app?

No. The customer scans the QR code with their phone camera and the menu opens in their browser in a second, with no install and no account.

Can I change prices after the QR code is printed?

Yes, that is the whole point: the menu address never changes. Change a price, a dish or the whole menu, and the QR code already printed shows the new version straight away.

Can I keep a paper menu?

Yes. The builder produces a print-ready A4 PDF with prices aligned by dot leaders and the QR code in the footer. Print it yourself or at your print shop.

How many menus can I create?

Up to 10 per account: lunch menu, dinner menu, wine list, seasonal menu, cocktail list, Sunday brunch.

What if I want a real website?
