The suggested limits help keep the design legible. The workshop checks the usable area and layout before the proof.
Two options: create your design in the editor, or provide a finished file in the specified format. After ordering, your private workspace sends the brief to the workshop.
JPG, PNG or WebP for images; SVG with outlined text for engraving artwork. Photos are not automatically converted into engravings or 3D reliefs.
A blue or black metal card, credit-card sized (85 × 55 mm), that slips into a wallet and stays there. The laser engraves your message on one face, in light lettering: "Camille, always with you. Nathan.", a date, your handwriting or a promise.
An engraved QR code is included: it opens the link you provide (a song, a video, a photo album, an online message). Song creation is not included: see "Your story as a song" if you would like a song written for you. You send us the text and the link; we propose the layout on a preview before engraving.

Frequently asked questions
What can the QR code open?
The link you give us: a photo, a video, an online letter, a song, an 845.fr album, a web page. If you have no link, we can create an 845.fr short link to a file you send us.
How many words can be engraved?
One or two sentences in script, up to five or six lines in small capitals. You approve everything on the preview.
Does the card interfere with the other wallet cards?
No: it is a plain metal plate, with no chip and no magnet.
How does customisation work?
After ordering, use your private link to enter your text, choose a template and font or upload your files. The workshop receives your project and prepares the proof for you to approve before production.
Can I change the link later?
Yes. The support points to an 845.fr address that you edit from your account: new page, new menu, new link. The printed or engraved product stays valid, you buy nothing again.
What are the lead times and payment terms?
Secure online payment (Bank card, Apple Pay, Link, Amazon Pay, Bancontact, and more) or bank transfer on a proforma invoice. Ready in 24 h after proof approval and receipt of payment, then delivery by tracked letter or tracked parcel.
Can I return a personalised object?
Objects engraved or printed with your name, texts or photos are made for you: they cannot be taken back (article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code). That is why you approve a preview before production. An object damaged in transit or not matching the proof is remade free of charge.
