Frequently asked questions
What is the difference with the bamboo NFC card?
This one has no NFC chip and a single engraved face: the QR code provides the link. The bamboo NFC card (€29.90) adds the chip and a second engraved face.
Can the QR code link be changed?
Yes if the QR points to an 845.fr link (page, short link): you redirect it from your account without re-engraving the card.
Does the engraved QR scan well?
Yes: brown, sharp engraving on light bamboo, strong error correction, card tested before shipping.
How does customisation work?
After ordering, use your private link to enter your text, choose a template and font or upload your files. The workshop receives your project and prepares the proof for you to approve before production.
Can I change the link later?
Yes. The support points to an 845.fr address that you edit from your account: new page, new menu, new link. The printed or engraved product stays valid, you buy nothing again.
What are the lead times and payment terms?

Can I return a personalised object?
Objects engraved or printed with your name, texts or photos are made for you: they cannot be taken back (article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code). That is why you approve a preview before production. An object damaged in transit or not matching the proof is remade free of charge.
