The suggested limits help keep the design legible. The workshop checks the usable area and layout before the proof.

Frequently asked questions
Is text legible on clear plastic?
Yes: we print a white underlayer beneath the photo and texts, which stay sharp on any background. The areas left clear create the effect.
Is the visible antenna normal?
Yes, that is the point of this card: the chip and its fine copper lines are deliberately visible. They are part of the design.
Why a single face?
Transparency is the intended effect: the back stays free to let you see through the card. Two printed faces exist on the NFC card with photo.
How does customisation work?
After ordering, use your private link to enter your text, choose a template and font or upload your files. The workshop receives your project and prepares the proof for you to approve before production.
Can I change the link later?
Yes. The support points to an 845.fr address that you edit from your account: new page, new menu, new link. The printed or engraved product stays valid, you buy nothing again.
What are the lead times and payment terms?

Can I return a personalised object?
Objects engraved or printed with your name, texts or photos are made for you: they cannot be taken back (article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code). That is why you approve a preview before production. An object damaged in transit or not matching the proof is remade free of charge.
