Frequently asked questions
Does a QR code engraved on wood scan well?
Yes: the engraving is brown and sharp on light bamboo, and the QR code is generated with strong error correction. We test every card before shipping.
Does bamboo hold up in a wallet?
Yes. The card is thin and slightly flexible; just avoid folding it or letting it soak.
Can a detailed logo be engraved?
Logos with clean lines engrave perfectly. Gradients and photos become shades of brown: we show you the result on the preview.
How does customisation work?
After ordering, use your private link to enter your text, choose a template and font or upload your files. The workshop receives your project and prepares the proof for you to approve before production.
Can I change the link later?
Yes. The support points to an 845.fr address that you edit from your account: new page, new menu, new link. The printed or engraved product stays valid, you buy nothing again.
What are the lead times and payment terms?

Can I return a personalised object?
Objects engraved or printed with your name, texts or photos are made for you: they cannot be taken back (article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code). That is why you approve a preview before production. An object damaged in transit or not matching the proof is remade free of charge.
