Is the fixing supplied?
No: the plate is delivered without fixing, to be mounted with the system of your choice.
Can a pictogram be added?
Yes: a small pictogram can go with the room name, the number or the function.
How does customisation work?
After ordering, use your private link to enter your text, choose a template and font or upload your files. The workshop receives your project and prepares the proof for you to approve before production.

Can I return a personalised object?
Objects engraved or printed with your name, texts or photos are made for you: they cannot be taken back (article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code). That is why you approve a preview before production. An object damaged in transit or not matching the proof is remade free of charge.
