Create your network’s QR code on 845.fr/wifi (the password is never stored), download the PNG or SVG image and attach it here. Enter the name to display. Never type the network password in the texts or notes. The usable area depends on the support and is confirmed by the workshop before production.
Property or business name: 28 characters maximum
QR caption: 32 characters maximum — 2 lines of 16 characters
The suggested limits help keep the design legible. The workshop checks the usable area and layout before the proof.
Two options: create your design in the editor, or provide a finished file in the specified format. After ordering, your private workspace sends the brief to the workshop.
JPG, PNG or WebP for images; SVG with outlined text for engraving artwork. Photos are not automatically converted into engravings or 3D reliefs.
"What's the Wi-Fi code?" It is the message hosts receive most. With a Wi-Fi QR code, your guests scan with their phone camera and they are connected: no password to type, no app, on iPhone and Android alike.
The magnet goes on the fridge, engraved wood or colour, in one of our nine shapes: square, round, heart, house, hexagon, drop, star, cloud… The keyring goes with the keys, the coaster waits for your customers at the bar.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need to give you the Wi-Fi password?
No. You create the QR code on 845.fr/wifi, in your browser: the network name and password are never stored. You only send us the QR code image with your brief.
Does the QR work on every phone?
Yes: the camera of iPhones and recent Android phones reads the Wi-Fi QR code and offers to join the network, without any app.
What if I change the password?
The QR code contains the password: if it changes, you need a new QR code, so a new support.
How does customisation work?
After ordering, use your private link to enter your text, choose a template and font or upload your files. The workshop receives your project and prepares the proof for you to approve before production.
Can I change the link later?
Yes. The support points to an 845.fr address that you edit from your account: new page, new menu, new link. The printed or engraved product stays valid, you buy nothing again.
What are the lead times and payment terms?

Can I return a personalised object?
Objects engraved or printed with your name, texts or photos are made for you: they cannot be taken back (article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code). That is why you approve a preview before production. An object damaged in transit or not matching the proof is remade free of charge.
