Create your network’s QR code on 845.fr/wifi (the password is never stored), download the PNG or SVG image and attach it here. Enter the name to display. Never type the network password in the texts or notes. The usable area depends on the support and is confirmed by the workshop before production.
Property or business name: 28 characters maximum
QR caption: 32 characters maximum — 2 lines of 16 characters
The suggested limits help keep the design legible. The workshop checks the usable area and layout before the proof.
Two options: create your design in the editor, or provide a finished file in the specified format. After ordering, your private workspace sends the brief to the workshop.

For the entrance, the bedroom or the front desk: the Wi-Fi QR code in plain sight. Your guests scan with their phone camera and they are connected, with no password to type and no app, on iPhone and Android alike.
The clear 10 × 15 cm acrylic stand on its wooden base sits at the entrance. The illuminated version, on a wooden LED base, lights up the QR in the bedroom. For hotels, the 5 cm wooden cube carries the Wi-Fi on top, the front desk and room service on the sides.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need to give you the Wi-Fi password?
No. You create the QR code on 845.fr/wifi, in your browser: the network name and password are never stored. You only send us the QR code image with your brief.
What goes on the sides of the cube?
Whatever helps your guests: the front desk number, room service, breakfast, a link to your reviews. Tell us in your brief; you approve the proof.
What if I change the password?
The QR code contains the password: if it changes, you need a new QR code, so a new stand.
How does customisation work?
After ordering, use your private link to enter your text, choose a template and font or upload your files. The workshop receives your project and prepares the proof for you to approve before production.
Can I change the link later?
Yes. The support points to an 845.fr address that you edit from your account: new page, new menu, new link. The printed or engraved product stays valid, you buy nothing again.
What are the lead times and payment terms?

Can I return a personalised object?
Objects engraved or printed with your name, texts or photos are made for you: they cannot be taken back (article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code). That is why you approve a preview before production. An object damaged in transit or not matching the proof is remade free of charge.
